Het AQAL model is ontwikkeld door de filosoof Ken Wilber. Hij ziet organisaties als levende systemen die zich continu verder ontwikkelen. Hij heeft vier perspectieven gedefinieerd van waaruit je deze levende systemen kunt benaderen. We beschrijven hoe we dit model als Pentascope inzetten voor de klant.
